The NVQ 3 in care is unique as this qualification can also be suited to Caring for teenagers, children and babies depending on the units you choose to study. The NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care is made up of units that specify the knowledge and performance required of service providers to affect care within their roles. The main focus of the NVQ 3 in Care, is in delivering physical, emotional or enabling care to clients, whether they work in health or social care, or in the public, private or voluntary sectors.
